AN EXCITING MUSICAL PROJECT We have purchased a Chamber Organ…

• for use in the intimate setting of the Choir to accompany Choral Evensong and Communion services

• for use in the Nave for use with the Abbey Choirs

• for Music in the Abbey and Festival concerts

• for services or concerts in the transepts

• for continuo for major works such as Handel’s Messiah or Bach’s St Matthew Passion

• to be used alone or in ensemble with the Phelps organ, the piano, string, brass or woodwind instruments

	We are nearly there! Can you help us reach our target of £19,400? We are looking to raise the final £5,400. All donors of gifts in excess of £ 500 can have a dedication recorded on a brass plaque on the organ case which will be a wonderful record of generosity and a lasting memorial to your support of Hexham Abbey’s music.
