Online: Queen's Hall for payment by credit/debit card.

In person: Queen’s Hall, Beaumont St, Hexham: 10 am-4 pm Mon-Sat and 30 mins before events at the venues.

Reservations: telephone bookings must be paid for within 3 working days and at least 24 hours prior to the event. Any remaining tickets sold at the venue 30 minutes prior to start.

Concessions: Full-time students, registered unemployed, disabled, under 18s.

Refunds: We regret we cannot make refunds or exchanges.

Access: Disabled access is possible, but difficult at some venues: please telephone in advance for information. Toilet facilities are available at the Abbey for Abbey events.
